Just an update

So far this week it has been pretty busy. I had two moles removed on Monday. Ouch! Hopefully the results come back ok. Tuesday I had my 6 week check up. The nurses babysat Max while I saw the doc. They said he was very alert and loves to look around. Also, so far I have lost 19 lbs. I'm happy with that but I still have a ways to go. Tomorrow is Turkey day so we will be with family. I will post more pics after this week. Friday we are visiting Justin's Grandma Lou and Saturday is his uncles birthday party. But here are some pics so far. This week he is sucking his thumb more, smiling and laughing more and really holding his head up well. Happy Thanksgiving.

Week in Review

(Wednesday) Max and the cats watched the leaves swirl around. It was very windy this day. I tried to get a video of the cats jumping around trying to catch the leaves but as soon as I tried, they stopped.

Max and Justin weren't feeling well this week. Max also had his first doctor's appointment for being sick. The doc said all we could do is give him nose drops to clear his nose. Not a whole lot you can do with a 5 week old being sick. But today he is much better. He also was weighed at his appointment and Max is now 8lbs 13oz.

Seahawks

Justin and I joined in the celebration of the end of the road for the Hawks. At least we got to sit in the box seats and stay warm. We have three home games left so let's see if we can win one of those.

Today's Joke by Jannelle Brown:

How many interception passes does it take to clear a stadium?
I don't know, ask Matt Hasselbeck.

Justin's mom babysat Max and took some cute pictures. Doesn't look like he missed us much!

Blow out!!

Well I have been up most of the night with a cold and allergies. I feel like I have sandpaper in my throat and a jackhammer in my head. So max and I chilled most of the day since he seemed to be a little stuffy too. We did have play time and he loves seeing bright colors. He also loves looking outside. Today however was his first major blow out. He had poop everywhere! You would have thought Mt. Rainier was in his diaper and exploded. I will end my blog here since it seems Mt. Rainier has just exploded again. Bath time!

Max and Dad

He likes to have his hands by his head. Here it looks like he just doesn't want his picture taken.

Tummy Time

We tried tummy time this morning but he wanted to play. He also started smiling a lot this morning. I think he saw the boob and was like bring me my food woman!
