Besides doing all the activities with the kids throughout the day, I started the Insannity workout. I am only on day 3 but Im loving the results already. It's 60 days, 6 days a week of 30 minute high intensity, cardio workout. I also do another 30 minute workout of either yoga or weightlifting. Can't wait to have my body back since having kids! I will post before and after pictures at some point.
